Am working as Asst. HR for an BPO company, management asked me to implement dress code policy.
Can any one please share dress code policy as per IT/BPO standards.

Hi,
You can follow this with some changes accordingly
All employees are requested to follow the following dress code:
Monday to Friday
For Male Employees: Business casuals like Shirt / Polo-shirt, Trouser and Shoes with Socks (No sports or Canvas shoes).
For Lady Employees: Same as above will be applicable. They can also alternatively wear Saris / Salwar / Kurta etc.
For Saturdays:
Shirt / T-Shirt, Trouser / Jeans & Shoes / Sports Shoes / Canvas Shoes or the same as Monday to Thursday.
Slippers / Sandals are not allowed for men on any of the days, while in office, with the exception, in case of any medical problem in the feet.
