Can anyone please guide me that how much percentage we should to deduct in ESIC contribution of gross salary per month.
Let's suppose - There is one employee whose monthly salary is 20,000 pm so then how much percentage of 20,000 (of Monthly salary) i should to dedcut in ESIC contribution.

Dear Sir, You have to deduct 1.75% of 20000/- from the employee and 4.75% of 20000/- from the Employer Share, i.e Rs. 350/- from Employee and Rs. 950/- from employer. Regards
