what really do you need help on? There are a couple of tests which are used on a regular basis for selection of personnel;ex. MBTI, advanced progressive mtrices etc.
there is manasayan and psycom services in delhi which are suppliers of thes tests;I am attaching name and contact no.s of these agencies below ;get in touch with them for more info.
