I am a hr professional and I want to make career in training. I found that dipmola in training is given by indian society for training and development. Do you suggest me to go for that course? Is there any other institutes that offer courses in training?

Hi sundarjayram,
I think ISTD diploma is the only certified course for trainers recognized by Ministry of HRD, India. I am currently pursuing the course. I am not aware of any other such course. Being an HR professional, I guess it wouldn't be difficult for you to get the degree. This course would be a valuable addition to your resume.

ISTD admissions are done twice a year - January and July. However the last date for submission of completed forms is 30th Nov. for Jan batch and 31st May for July batch.

Registration Fee : Rs. 500
