There are many certified/Licensed agencies duly approved the Director of Factories as competent person to conduct test and issue certificates . If you are in NCR/UP/UK , there is one Shivam Enginnering Services , which offers testing services you may send your details of work they will give you quotation accordingly you may hire their services for testing of pressure vessels and other plant & machinery
Or if you approach your neaest office of inspector factories they may also suggest you about compentent agencies which may be hired for such testing.
