greetings all, meri querry ye ha maine 12 housekeeping manpower or 10 security guard ek company me lagane ha. principal employer ek hi ha but security guard or housekeeping dono ka agreement/tender alag alag ha. kya mujhe labour licence lena padega.
dono contract alag alag ha principal employer ek hi ha. waise rule k according 20 k baad licence lena padta ha. par kya alag alag tender me bhi iski jroorat ha kyonki ek me 10 ha or ek me 12. agar tender ki tarf se dekhe to 20 se kam hone ki vajah se licence ki jroorat nhi ha. lekin agar principal employer ki taraf se dekhe to 12+10=22 ho rhe ha to licence lena padega. ab aap log bataye kya karna padega. agar lena ha to q agar nhi lena to q.
