What is max contribution by employee in PF?

Hi Rajive,
There is no max contribution limit for employee but it depends on employer whether he will allow employee to contribute more than 12 % or not. However employer can not be forced to contribute more than 12 % contribution.

The employee contribution to PF is 12% minimum, but voluntarily it can be increased to 24% if the employee wish to, but employer contribution will be 12% only. You can only avail the interest part on the extra 12% contribution made to PF
