Dear All...
Please guide me for the below problem..
As per Aadhaar My Friend has given Name correction & Date of birth Correction through online portal. Due to Date of Birth Difference more than 3 years. She has sent the following documents like Passport, Mark Sheet, Transfer Certificate, Aadhaar copy, Joint Delaration by the Member & Employer and DOB Difference Print out Screen followed by reference number mentioned in it sent to Salem PF office through Registered Post and By Hand also it has given by HR Manager to concern PF office Staff personally. Even after senting all the documents to Salem PF office they have rejected it. Along with it she has sent form 13 for her old company. Salem PF office has not transfer PF and PENSION amount to her current UAN.
They are purposefully delaying it. She is waiting for past one & half month. No action has taken from Salem PF office.
I told her to make a complaint to Delhi EPFO.
EPFO HEAD OFFICE
Bhavishya Nidhi Bhawan,
14, Bhikaiji Cama Place,
New Delhi - 110 066
My personal point of view is Salem PF office has purposefully delaying it.
Kindly tell us your suggestion to solve the above issue.

Dear Ranjeetha,
As you mentioned you submit above said documents in PF office along with Joint declaration. In such case you would have office copy along with stamp from the PF office as well. If you have these documents than you may file a complaint online on epfindia website (URL http://epfigms.gov.in) and submit scanned copy of your submitted documents.
By doing so, you would get a clear answer from the PF department for the rejection of your correction request and further action required for the correction in details.

assumed that the member has single UAN and it is linked to both of accounts
the member had to upload the adhaar and request the old employer to approve it digitally
then the member has to file joint declaration supported by Passport copy duly signed by employee and attested by employer (previous)
once approved digitally and submission of documents with joint declaration within 15 days of DSC approval, the department change the records within 6 weeks
then she has option to file form 13 online itself with selecting option approval by present or previous employer digitally
without change of basic data, the form is rejected usually

Dear Rahul Sindhwani Sir,
We have tried all the possibility. We have sent all the documents through Registered post and received Acknowledge card stamped with EPFO Seal. It is delayed by Salem PF office employee.
In my experience during my name submitted through online portal as per aadhaar, which was not approved by my existing concern. I made plenty of complaints through EPF Grievance Management System. I did not get proper solution through that. I was waiting for 5 months for PF and Pension withdrawal.
Then I made complaint to Delhi EPFO. Then I received my amount.

Dear U S Sharma Sir
Member has 2 UAN. One is active with Current PF contribution. Another one is having balance which to be transferred to Current UAN through Form 13. Existing company Manager did not sign Form 13 and also has not approved name correction as per aadhaar.
1. Current company Name correction and DOB Correction
2. Existing Company Form 13
Both are pending at Salem PF office.
We have mailed all the documents to Salem RO. So far no response.

Try to obtain status report & reasons for delay by filing RTI petition. There upon you should issue a legal notice seeking over due interest for the delay & damages for dereliction of duty.

RTI is Right To Information Act. You'll use the provisions of the Act in order to find the official information about the status of your requirement and why it's delayed and if it can't be done, why?
To file an RTI application an individual will need to follow the steps mentioned below:
How to file a RTI application for EPFO?
The right of every individual to get relevant information from any government office is called the Right to Information or RTI. In a matter of 30 days, you will receive a response from the government about your query. The Right to Information also has the information an individual may require from the EPFO as well, making it compulsory for even the EPFO to respond to the RTI application, and provide the individual with the information they require. To file an RTI application an individual will need to follow the steps mentioned below:
Fill out an RTI application with regard to your problem. The application must be in the below format:
The subject must be clearly defined. For example: Application to seek information under the Right to Information Act 2005.
The application must be addressed to the Central Public Information Officer, EPFO and must also have the complete PF office address mentioned.
You should also ensure to include all your details such as your complete name as per records, your complete address with your phone number, email address and your EPF account number.
After providing all the above details, you can ask the questions related to your EPF withdrawal and transfer.
A declaration also must be made in the format mentioned below
“I do hereby declare that I am a citizen of India. All the information provided above is correct according to my knowledge. I request you to ensure that the requested information is provided before 30 day period after you have received the application”
After declaration, you can provide the details of the demand draft or postal order that you have made towards a payment of the RTI application. The details will need to include the postal order number or the demand draft number, the date on which it was issued, and the details of the post office or bank for where they were drafted.
The application must be signed and must clearly mention your Name, Place where you residing and Date. Example, the Rajesh, Chennai dt. 20/10/2018.
You will now send this application to the concerned authority via Registered or Speed Post only and ensure that you keep the challan of the registered post safely for future use. The concerned authority should receive your application in a matter 4-5 days and you will receive a reply within 30 days.
Get a Demand Draft made for an amount of Rs. 10 or 50 (this amount can vary check at Salem office) in favor of the Account Officer, O/o the Regional Commissioner, Salem.
Another option is to make a postal order from the post office as this is more economical than a demand draft. The cost of making a demand draft can range > Rs. 30/50, whereas a postal order costs less.
Can this process be done online?
Anyone who would like to avoid the hassles of obtaining a post order or a demand draft, and filling out the application themselves, can apply through the RTI application online. You will need to download an application which is available on the RTI website or REPF Commissioner's , and it will help you by filling out the application on your behalf, after which you can print, sign and send it to the concerned office directly without the hassle of a postal order or a demand draft, which they will do on your behalf and attach the same and send it to the concerned office.
As soon as reply is received you may decide the next course of action, if legal notice is necessary you should claim interest and damages for the delayed transfer and for costs incurred in follow up, legal expenses & for mental agony suffered. There can be case registered for non action & delay in the respective Consumer court as well. Consult an advocate for adv. action.

try to upload the basic details KYC to both of UAN, and ask the both employers to verify digitally
then only you can proceed further
not willing to make the issue too much complicated and litigated as it will go against your your employer (s)
