Hello,
If some employee is terminated form the organisation with immediate effect and company wats to pay the employee his entire notice period then how to calculate his/ her salary?
do we have to deduct PF? or should we calculate his or her salary on his/her basic salary??
Kindly guide me.

Deduct PF. Either on full basic or limiting to Rs.1800

Keep the same calculation of computing the salary as has been paid for till now, based on attendance and entitlement.
