I am an Consultanat of One company...we have sent that company PF notification that new wage celing for PF is Rs.15000 from September-14 but he told me that Basic word is not used in that notification so PF not applied on Gross salary of Rs.15000 though his basic is Rs.8000... anybody have any solution regarding this matter.

The definition of wages in PF is basic and DA and other components are not included. This is being debated in Supreme Court right now, which is a different matter.
Since the definition talks of basic and da, the revised wage limit also will automatically be for basic and DA
Your employees can not make their own interpretations. If required, you can write to the commissioner of PF and get a clarification. But the revised law is very clear that the revision in the limit applies to basic and da only

what is currently amount of pf deduction . 15000k is gross salary or basic salary ???
