Hi Mr. Yaseen,
I understand your concern towards your salary. You can ask your employer to give in writing the reason for non payment of salary and you submit a letter stating your concern to your employer and take the acknowledgement in a copy. If he doesnt respond then you can appeal in your concerned Labour Office.

When i asked him when you clear my salary he replied me please see the below,
provide the sales data been performed by you over a period been indicated below. As per our business data there are no sales in domestic/export registered under your name.
We shall remit you payment provided satisfactory sales graph received from you.

[B]You should have used the office infrastructure to perform your job and increase the sales of company. This is not acceptable behaviour of a responsible employee.
Please advice what to do next?

Dear Friend,
It seems you are working for an unprofessional company/employer. I doubt, whether company has given you Appointment letter & salary slip too. If you have provided with it, you can escalate the matter to magistrate court filling a legal suit. (I would have suggested to lodge a grievance with HR dept in your company, but needless to say they seems inactive)

Dear expert, He is working in some Pvt ltd company too. Yes I have offer letter through email, but there is no clause in offer letter regarding any target. HR also left that company.
