I really appreciate members of Citehr after getting so much valuable suggestions and replies on my last topic/query.
I request all members if anybody could provide me some ideas/activities/programs which can be organized internally by HR Team for training&Development and Learning needs of our employees. I make my request more precise.. We want to organize some activities/training programs for our employees in various departments like sales, service, stores and others to increase their skills, competencies and performance.

You will never get any reply for this type of question because no where in true sense any training program is conducted by the HRD of any factory in India.All those who says they conduct that in their factory such type of training programe is conducted than ask them what exactly or what activity they do to conduct such tpye of training programe.
99% wil just give you suggestions which will be just theoretical not practicle.And if some body really do such activity than ask the topics and material. Again 99 percent chances are that they don't have the material.
