possible local HR policies for Kenya region as we are hiring people
locally and we would like to keep our HR Policies and Procedures on par

Kenya is African Country and your employment of locals as well as labour laws appointment terms and conditions how someone overseas can decide until he or she is familier with your organizations policies for each level and nature job.
this policy consist of compensation policy and rerns and conditions for employment to be decided by the employer and not some one in sitting in India.......
The whole purpose and idea is bogus to addres this issue here on this site.....

My apologoies if this query apperas to be bogus, but my intention is genuine...
We are based in India and we have bagged few projects in Nairobi, Kenya and we have appointed one local sales person, who had come to india and we have issued the offer letter as per the Indian HR Policies and Procedures and now he is back to Kenya and we are trying to hire few locals out there and in this process, we thought we should be geared up with the local policies and procedures so that we could issue the offer letters and implement the HR Framework, which is why I thought I would take the help of this site.
Hope I was clear in conveying my message and I would be glad if you could guide me...
