I want a help for generating the salary slip for the employees in our company with all the deductions like PF, ESIC, etc. Please help me with a software that we can use or any excel format that will reduce my time to create salary slips for bulk employees.

If an employee has a salary of Rs 35000 and has worked for 19 out of 30 days of the month and he getsand we have to provide a salary slip so do we only need to mention the net payable amount like Rs 22,166 as per the total working days or the total gross salary is mentioned in the salary slip with all the details like net payable/deductions/etc.
Please help me clear this doubt.
