Since last more than 20 days this problem of OTP persist. In Maharashtra, effective form 01.10.2020 many small establishments are coming under the preview of ESIC coverage and they are not able to apply and obtain ESIC registration.
Are they going to get relief from delay in submission of application for registration, delay in submission of DF because of this issue in the Shram Suvidha?

The OTP now started through email now since last 5-6 days time. Obviously now employee (IP) registration (DF) is delayed beyond 10 days. You are getting SCN immediately online on such delayed registration. You have to meet the officer personally and you know what going on in any government office.
