File Download Problem

Cant download files even after log in. Page redirects to subscription page. Please help.

Hi, why is that i cannot access any attachment ? it jumps onto my comments page. please advise. also is this is the right forum for such queries ?

Hi Anneline,
Can you try once more - we are trying to make the downloads more accessible even when the user is logged out - this was possibly one of the errors and I think its fixed.
Kindly check and let us know.

Hope now you are not having any problem with accessing attachments after initiated by Mr Sid.
Well I could you help me with discovering the answer of the following question.
Until one ask any question or query, how can get that the place/people/forum where one is trying to get his/her answers, is the right or wrong place? This is my personal question to you and it would be highly appreciable if you'd help me with it in your understanding.
