Dear najamsj,
I guess you are looking for some ice-breaking activities or business games. If I've got your question right, It is essential knows what are the major activities you are doing with them, before one can suggest any activities, because you can not add just anything regardless of the actual thing that is going on. More importantly, a lot will depend upon any specific objectives, (may be critial or unique to your organization) are to be pursued. Most of the activities should be created using the important information you want them to take away. I am afraid if I have helped, or have made it confusing. either case, all the best with your assignment.
Best,

Thanks Mona, Until now we have only welcome speech, company info, orientation and some presentations to this program. We need something that will add humor/fun and value to this camp. Regards,

If you are talking about Boot Camp for freshers, it is batter to go for any activities which can provide them sufficient knowledge about the Organisation, Professionalism, Inter Relation.
As because you are talking about freshers, duriong these five days you should make them understand the difference between an Institution and Profession.
I hope, they will participate happily.

You can do many things, some of which I can think of are the following:
1. After you have given them company info, you can ask them to draw creative mind maps of your organization, have them vote for the best one and give that individual some souvenir. This will help them retain important info in their minds.
2. Suggestion given above is also good, you can engage a trainer or have a senior manager from within your company conduct a session on what makes a thorough professional, how to assimilate in your organizational culture comfortably, how to build working relationships etc. In this session, you can use various team-building games available on internet.
3. Last day, if you have provided them all presentations and company info in written form, you can ask them to write two questions (with answers) based on the information given to them on separate pieces of paper, fold and put them in a basket. Ask all of them to stand up, ask each one of them to pick one from the basket and then facilitator should open and ask that question, when somebody answers correct, they can sit down, if not, they should remain standing and wait for second chance. Do this with everyone one by one. You can also give them something for correct answers just for fun, we gave chocolate boxes.

We have tried this game and it works wonder.
For this game
equipment required
Lot of newspaper old, Gum or fevicol
divide them into team. allocate time ask them to build castles, the one who build the highest castle wins.
This improves the team work and it is also fun and a ice breaker.
