Dear Sir,
Your efforts are appreciable to make people aware of the common interview errors.
It would have been more appreciable if due courtesy was extended to the original writer of the article. We all use net for articles and thoughts. But should also be thankful to the person.

Dear Anonymous,
Your advise, by keeping yourself as anonymous, has no relvance. However, thanks for your observation. But, please note, the article has been attached for the general awareness of the needy people, who grope in dark and face frequwet failure due to their ignorance about what is what and the most essential elements of their interview incidents to take care of. For your information, I have not taken tried to take any credit by posing as its author. Of course, the persons, who get benefit from the article are obliged to thank the author, including yourself, if that is considered beneficial to you also. So far as my thanks to him are concerned, I wonder, if you have assumed without knowing whether I would have thanked him or not, irrespective of the fact that the article has no use for me at this age of 75. Moreover, I hope you would like to appreiciate that I am not liable to report to you whether I have thanked someone or not.
I also hope that you can realise that along with your post, you have done nothing except to post the link for downloading the article to serve the same purpose, which I did, not any link to thank the author. Of course, it is easy to criticise a person, who tries to help others, than doing any extra constructive service to supplement the benefit for masses!

Dear Mr Dhingra & Anonymous,
If i see it my way you both are right. Mr Dhingra in general is wanting to help people in their own way and Anonymous is also at 1 point feeling it right.
After looking at both articles what I make out is that the newly posted pdf file has been altered and the logo of original company and its name has been changed to new.
It is freely available from site to download so there should be no reason to change the logos in header and footer.
Well no debate ever had ended with both winning. :-)

Hi,
Thanks for your useful sharing for interviewees. I will refer some interviewer models and methods you should behave in each case. When you identify goals and appropriate responses, fear of thinking about whether you pass the interview or not will quickly disappear
There are 4 typical styles of interview:
1. Cold interview style
2. Investigation interview style
3. Intimidation interview style
4. Superficial interview style
