2 register of advances
3 register of wages
4 muster roll
5 renewal form
6 Half yearly returns form.

Hi, I m not much more able to answer your question bt lets try b'coz i m doing but it is difficult to explain u in written.......
1 register of fines
2 register of advances
3 register of wages
4 muster roll
5 renewal form
6 Half yearly returns form.
1. Reg. of fine - Just tell your concern contractor and you follow up for your up date record with copy of the same that make one register and record inside if any labour/workers take leave ,destroyed or misbehave which fine by contractor must entry into the register with date/day/place /reason .
2. register of advances - any one tak advance pay take all info and mention into register
3 egister of wages - Monthly pay register take signature or thumb of workers and than release pay ment
4 muster roll - Showing strebth of workers and their presents
5.renewal form - before one month of expire of labour license of the contractor company give him extend letter for renewal of his contract with company.
6.Half yearly returns form. - In this procedure you take help from accts dept as well complite form no 24 which is fill by HR person each six month in shoert yearly two forms,with showing full details contractor and end of the year one more form which call form no25,fill up and submit to labour officer.
Please note that if you prepare register of sr. no 1 to 4 you prepare two -one is original other one is duplicate.you keep duplicate with u but maintain all records in your file.
