Can you be more specific ?
Domestic is I assume within the country,International is from India to other countries or expats too ?
If it is from India to other countries then the policy changes from one country to other..

I am looking at a policy which covers Domestic ( with in India , multiple locations movements) and International being from US / UK Relocation to india and vise versa.

Policy On Relocation
Objective:
To have a policy to compensate for the relocation expenses for the new employees at *********
Eligibility:
Prospective employees of ********* who are joining the Office of ********* from a different State location within the country, and relocation is offered to them as a part of their offer.
Entitlement:
One way travel for self and family (spouse, dependent children and dependent parents) restricted to II AC or equivalent.
Reimbursement of freight forwarding charges (by road / train), packing and transit insurance expenses, subject to a maximum of Rs. 30,000, against production of bills.
New Joining Employees will be given @ Rs1500.00 per day for 7 days during which the employee is required to identify a house as per his requirements. Finalization of the guest house / hotel accommodation to be done by the administration coordinator based on the inputs from the HR department. Transfer related expenses would be debited to the concerned function.
a) The allowance is payable only after completion of two months of service with the organization.
b) The allowance need to be submitted within 4 months from date of joining.
In addition to this senior employees in Band C and above will be entitled to one way air travel for self and family (spouse, dependent children and dependent parents) by the shortest route. (That is if you plan to go to Delhi from Kolkata ,you are supposed to buy a non stop ticket from Kolkata to Delhi). No stop overs or de tours will be allowed.
Also Band C and above are entitled to 2 days off as relocation leave.
This is for domestic relocation.
