Completely agree with you Simhan. Distance education providing universities has got no regulation or control on these so called 'services' and in turn students don't put any efforts or study themselves to solve the assignments. Later, when they graduate, the degree is just a fancy paper which they wish to use to get a decent job but get behind people who graduate from regular colleges or universities and then crib about unemployment
