I am from Chennai and I am currently working in an IT company as HR Gen. I have around 18 months experience. I am now looking to do a course in SAP HR Part time coz i cannot leave my current job. I want to know the all institutes in Chennai (other than Siemens and Genovate) which offer NOT jus a course in SAP but also 2 project implementation experience with placement.

This is Jai from Chennai. I ve 3yrs exp into HR(Recruitment). I ve done my SAP HR from Varhouse Infotech in Chennai. My some other freidns ve done their SAP in HR,SD and FICO in some other institute. as per my knowledge All the institute will train the pople in SAP, they will assist for the placement. They will arrange for the interview only.
No one provide the 2 project implementation experience.

I have spent 3 months in Bangalore to learn SAP HR though I am from Gujarat. It was very disappointing experience for me in which i have spent 40 thousand rupees. All the institutes are providing training only, even they don't assist for any kind of project or placement in this particular field. They show us big dreams but even not ready to have some revision classes. so don't go for private institutes. if in your current position your organization going for SAP then try to get some training otherwise don't go for SAP. this is my experience.

After doing my course do I have to leave my current job and work as an intern to get the implementation experience. I heard companies only take people with minimun 2 implementation experience. And approx how long wil one implementation cycle take.

Ajith recently i got a HR Job and my salary is 5Kper month.........and iam from middle class family thing isthat i can not afffort that much........ But iam very much intrested to learn Sap HR........is there any alternative way to do this course...........
