In my industry we are continuously facing problem in generating gate pass for the contract worker, as some of them join work for one day and they leave, as our gate pass is linked with there ESIC and PF account, so the supervisors ask us for group pass. How to resolve this issue ?

Ok how do you justify.... any single worker's safety if now set up changed to group single number account for Esic and pf pls.?.
Now sorryable thing is ...all factory management s hear the words of their Chartered Acconts . .instead of HR or labour laws . .usually CAs unnecessarily touching wirking sector',s lawbinded payments for meharbani may be.
