Dear Anil,
Please understand the meaning of the word Provident Fund. It is for the future. It is for the exigency. It is also for an event like daughter's marriage. Holding a high tech smart phone today is less important than saving money (forcibly) that also comes with interest in the end. At the age of 40 and above, the PF money would come to your rescue like a gold jewel.
Government is sensible in raising the limit of PF to 15000 keeping in mind present pay packages. Hence accept PF.

Dear Anil ji,
PF is mandatory when:
i. PF Act is applicable to the company; &
ii. Salary (B+DA) of employee is less than Rs.15000 pm.
In your case, PF Act is applicable to your company and your B+DA is less than 15000 pm. Therefore PF is mandatory to you and you have no way out.
