Dear Sir, Here i attached the imagescreenshot regarding the PF deduction rule as per the Supreme Court judgment, please confirm statement is true / compulsory while calculating PF
In the case of LOP, the vendor must consider all allowances for PF calculation other than HRA. Please explain me in brief
I have a query on PF Deduction rule according to supreme court judgement on 28 th feb 2018
1. If an employee gross salary is 25000 his basic is 15000 for full days attendence then we have take consideration of Allowances of that person in PF contribution.
2. if an employee attended for 28 days in Nov month his earned basic will be 14000/- then we have calculate the PF Contribution for 28 days or it is compulsory to pay full contribution with inclusion of NCP days (ie due to LOP he earned 14K at that time we have calculate Basic + Allowances equivalent to 15000 Ceiling slab ).
