Hello. Thank you for spending time to read this. We own a BPO and are operating it well with both Outbound and Form filling process. We wanted to expand the business and are looking for Inbound process to handle from a good reputed client. We approached few consultants where most of them turned out to be fake. We are now at an unknown dead end on how to get the projects. So, I would like to ask all the experienced people here for suggessions on how they usually get the projects. How do these BPO companies like Genpact, 24x7, Serco have numerous projects, where as we do not have any information on these?
Do I need to recruit a BDM? If yes, how does he have the information where as others dont? and how should be his salary? What if he do not bring projects and waste our time?
I am sorry if it is too much to ask but We would really appreciate if someone help us on this.
