Under contract labour act and other labour laws there are set of compliance dicuments that is needed to be complied.
Epf, esic professional tax,labour contract licenses if applicable as per contract strength.Needs the proof of of compliance in the form of appropriate challans.and other documents like ecrs and licenses.labournwelfare fund is also one of the statute.
Will you recueve invoices from contractors, you should verify bills against thses compliances and wages ,taxes etc and reconcile it.
