I here below give you my epf details. Kindly guide me how to calculate new pension amount
I can get as per supreme courts recent decision in case of Mr.Praveen Kolhi
My date of Birth : 01/12/1951
I became member of EPF from 01/12/1973
I think after few years of contribution to EPF I started contributing more than 12% i.e.
15% , 20 % .
I resigned from my services with the company w.e.f. from 31/03/1998 and at that time
my Basic + D.a. wasRS.5,130/- per month.
After competing of 50 years of my age I applied for pension. At that time I also commuted
25% pension amount. The pension at that time was Rs.876/- and after commuting
my pension was Rs.551/-
Please inform me how much I can get 2 weight age amount of arrears and please
inform me the new pension amount as per recent supreme courts rulings
