To accommodate rotational shift duty between ABC guards.You have to consider their Off day also.in such case you will require 0.5 manpower extra.
Normally a sound rotation happens only when you have 6 guards an a reliever to cater for off.
Else it is CBA and ABC pattern only.

How with only 3 guards manning all the 3 shifts (ABC) @ 8 hrs each can be managed 24x7x365 providing them weekly off duty on rotation basis throughout the year ? you need one guard more isn't ? Can some one explain this roster pl.?
