Hi Anonymous,
Greeting from Lynchpin HR.
You started your Consultancy & facing some problem to find out the right candidates. You should use Naukri Or Monster Or Both, according to your capability & requirement. You can use some keyword which you found from JD of client. Work with some clients may be 1 or 2 or 3 but work perfectly & always full fill your commitment. Keep working and update your self from different different resources. Its not easy but its not tough too. Work with passion and keep working. All the Best for future. Thanks.

Thank you LHR-Avinash.......but as a beginner I might don't want to spend much on the portals because of my low budget. Is there any fruitful process to get good candidates without portals, and I am working only with 2 I.T companies...and right now mostly dependent on my referrers..... You valuable suggestion will be appreciated .....
