One of my old workers who worked in my company for 4 years actually worked in my company for around 3 years, but after 4 years, he sent me a form claiming gratuity for 7 years for which he did not work. Can I backfire a legal case against the order? What should I do after receiving the claim form?

Hi, Just ignore it or reply back stating that he is not eligible for Gratuity. After 3 years hope he is relieved officially. Even if he makes a complaint with ACL office you can present the facts.
