Dear all,
I have recently joined in a new organization. Here earlier HR has issued Offer Letter & Appointment Letter which included Performance Linked Incentive in CTC components. As per my understanding as PLI is a variable component, it should not be part of CTC.
As per practice, we have to release the amount biannually. When checked, I came to know that it is not paid from last One & Half year. Plus we don't have created any KRA to measure the performance.
Kindly suggest the correct way to show PLI in CTC sheet.

Dear Pandya,
As per the norms of CTC PLI is also covered under CTC.
The PLI has not been paid since last one year and the half and that the KRA/norms for qualifying and levels of PLI to be released to employees have not been worked out shows callousness of the HR department concerned. Either the department has been lacking knowledge and is not efficient or it is in league with the employer and is exploiting employees through an unfair labour practice.
Hence, what has not been done please accomplish the same instead of raising such issues in question.
