Dear Friends, I need your guidance regarding some certifications I will need to do for getting a better opportunity in the field of HR.
I have worked in small IT companies having 80 to 90 employees. My work as a Manager HR was to lead a team of recruiters, taking care of Payroll Management and Performance appraisals.
I want to move to the next level. I was instrumental in registering a startup company and taking it to 70 member software developers.
Kindly guide me - what certifications I need to do and from which organizations. I am of 58 years of age.
