I am working in a company since feb2011, i have submitted the fake degree at the time of joining. Later in December 2011,i have completed my degree. Now i got an offer in another company, they want me to submit my documents. How can i proceed now? Please suggest me whether i have to accept this offer or not.

Please submit your original certificates and if they raise any query please try to convince them with the fact that you have joined the previous company by giving the verbal assurance of completing the degree in some specific period and they have accepted for and you have kept your wordings. If the new employer accept then you can get a chance otherwise you continue to be in the present company.
