If you have more than ten employees, then you have to got the registration under the ESIC if gross salary is lower than the Rs.15000/-pm.
Compulsory registration under Shops & Estd.act and Prof. tax.
lastly you have to maintain the Minimum wages act and labour law of states.

As advised my Santa all the security agencies should enroll with Shops & Commercial Establishments act as well as those should be enrolled with Contractors act as principle employee.
Apart from that those agencies should be registered with ESI, PF & PT.

In Shops & Estd. registration, not need to submit any return. You just follow the registration formalities by filled up the forms and some amount has to be deposited in bank as registration fees.
In Prof tax registration, you must submit return online either quarterly or annual-depend on tax amount.
