Dear Sir, As per rules we are pay minimum wages our contract labours but client say please show HRA also in wages sheet please give me rules of contract labour regarding the HRA.
Maharashtra minimum HRA Act is applicable to all orgs engaging 50 or more employees, all inclusive. Even if contractor does not have manpower of 50 & deploys his workers at you org to whom the act is applicable, you have to minimum HRA of 5% on sum of basic & DA.
