Dear senior, I restarted my career last year only after 4 years of the gap (maternity break) with 6 years of experience in recruitment and generalist both.
I am working here as an HR executive(generalist) in the BPO sector initially I was having work and learning was there.
After the pandemic, there is no learning and no work. Almost whatever I learned is zero-day by day and in the market, there is not much job in my profile.
Please suggest, I want to learn something to enhance my profile.
Thanks in advance

Hi Sanjana,
You may start learning statutory compliance as there are some amendments implemented in the duration of 4 years and also you can start working as a Freelancing for recruitment/HR projects.
