I have been working in a company for the past three years. Recently, I was selected for a three — to four-day trip abroad. I resigned from my post immediately after returning. Now, the company is asking for trip expenses in recovery. Please help me.

What was the purpose of that abroad trip. Whether it is for a Business meet or to acquire knowledge in any specialized software ?
And whether you resignation after returning from abroad trip is a planned one or just a coincidence?
In case if you have been deputed to abroad to acquire knowledge of any nature then obviously employer will expect your presence with them for transformation of the knowledge to the down line employees.
