Dear Colleague,
Most of the Companies want to know through BVG any specific Criminal Offence was / is committed and case / FIR filed against the Talent they are hiring. This is an important aspect and companies give due care on this aspect keeping the organizational policies. If it is something like traffic violation or litigation like property cases are not given much focus. If any Criminal Case is pending in your name / FIR is live then it is better to disclose and given necessary explanation to TCS with a brief note rather than they come to know and ask you. It is always better to be transparent without hiding any facts. All the Best!!!

Any meaningful suggestion requires the querist disclose the material aspects of the case - whether it is civil or criminal, and if criminal, what is the nature of the offence alleged and the present stage of the proceedings.
If a criminal proceeding, law does not deem a person to be the accused unless and until he receives summons from the Trial Court.
