Hello, Please share the emergency mock drill report. Which can be used for audit purpose.

The report can cover the following points:
a) Who conducted the mock drill, where it was conducted, when it was conducted, which were designated places where people were gathered etc. Who was not involved in the mock drill?
b) How many persons came to the designated area and in what span of time?
c) Did anyone from the staff was told to operate the fire extinguisher? If yes, was it done without hassles?
d) Overall what were the lessons learnt? Was the staff agile in their movements or sluggish? What are the other areas where improvement is needed?
