The PF A/c number will remain the same even if you change employer. The UAN is the unique identification number given to each person, so it will remain constant irrespective of the employer.

EPFO UAN no. is itself an explanation of being Universal Account No., means One UAN no. for one person but by generating new account no. each time of joining. Previous account should be properly closed by putting exit dates and KYC done. If you have not withdrawl the fund (EPFO fund or Pension fund) then you can process previous accounts merged with online transfer requests or by offline mode.
Generating double UAN for one employee may leads trouble for Employer as per EPFO new rules.
