Dear all, I have joined XXX LED on 1st June 2021. I was under probation for 6 months. For lockdown, I was not able to visit for the first 20 days. I got on the field for 40 days. My company is now asking me to RESIGN. As per them, I do not have an order. I did not resign. And now they have put me on PIP with certain higher targets lasting 30 days. They are anyhow wanting me to quit after only 2 months in the company. I seek help from you against this injustice.
