There are some new ammendments going to apply from 1st may so i just need to ask if any employee had already resigned from his company last year but he didn't withdraw his pf yet , therefore can this rule is applicable for that person also as if he is applying for pf that how much he will get, the full amount or his contribution only.
Please advise.

Dear Rinkal, his contribution + interest portion only. As per present rule (w.e.f 10 Feb 2016), Employee can withdraw his own contributions + interest portion only. Regards Thirumurugan

Hi Buddy,
Even though above mentioned employee relived from service last year the new amendments applicable to him if his claim for the withdrawal going to made after the amendment came into effect. After the new amendment employee get his PF contribution only.
