Our organisation has been in the development business since 1985 and has over 50 projects to their credit.
Our vision is to be ‘India’s market leader in luxury second homes’.
Over the next 2 years we are targeting to build over 10,000 homes in the entry-level market, over 3,000 homes in the mid-level and over 1,000 homes at the high end, such as golf course homes. Our first project commenced construction in March 07. The company currently owns over 500 acres in locations around Mumbai, Goa, Ooty, Bangalore etc. Our current business outlay plans for sales revenues of @ 200 crores per month by March 2009.
To that extent we have firm partnerships with global leaders such as SKM (), sterling building systems (www.sterlingforms.com), the Greg Norman organization, Cox, etc..
Our group company, Sterling Construction System, is introducing a new building technology – Pre-Engineered Form Work System – in India. With use of this technology, we would be able to develop the better quality product with tremendous speed and minimal labours at the much decent and reasonable price without compromising on Quality. Encouraged by the growth of the construction industry and the adoption of world class standards in building technology and practices in the Indian subcontinent, Sterling has established its Global Business Development Centre in India through its partner Sterling Construction Systems (India) Ltd..
Our other company, Farmer Brands, concentrates on the food market. Our mission is to offer innovative, high quality, cost effective, quick food solution to customers backed up with high end technology. Currently our factory is located at Neral, Maharashtra, which can produce retort, spray dried and hot filled packaged food products.
Being in the expansion mode, we currently have vacancies in our PMS & Recruitment Divisions.
