Hi Sir,
I am working in a PVT LTD company. Since 2009. I got PF structure in my offer letter and PF was deducted for first few months then company decided to stop the Pf system and reverse only employees contribution to us that too after 1 year.
Then again company started PF deduction from Oct. 2014 ( after mandatory rule by government )
In my salary slip its showing PF deduction, however PF account no is not received to any one. After asking frequently to the management we are not getting satisfactory answers from them.
Last 8 months we are paying our contribution with no clue about the employer's contribution.
My question is should we continue with this? and can i claim my all deduction with expecting the employer's contribution?
Can you please help me out with this situation?

Dear, if possible collect your PF number or your UAN number from the Company or collect the PF Account number of your company and crosscheck the same in EPFINDIA web portal

Hi Sir,
We have requested to give us the PF number so many times but we never gets satisfactory answer from them. All the time they are saying that we are working on that and we are getting PF deducted salary so what to do?

If managment is not giving you satisfactory answer then you can approch to the local labor office for this matter. But in this condition may be chances that your relation with the company become bad. so try to approch to the HR.

Actually our company is HR less from last 4-5 months. We are working hardly with the 15 number of staff. we all are worried about our Pf and pending leaves which are not maintain by the company but we have the leaves record.
Our management is making us fool since last 1 year so please suggest me what to do?
Please tell can they sink our pf and leaves?
One more question.
what will happen if all we member stop the work on same day. will it be legal?

Stopping the work (ie, striking) is not a remedy for this at this point of time. You have other options like representing before the PF Enforcement Officer and involving him in the issue. When it is an issue in which all employees are involved, the management cannot say any excuse or even victimise one or two persons by (illegally) terminating him/her for his act of informing the PF authorities of the employer's breach of rules. But certainly, the office climate will change with this.

Dear Kaliya,
You can search in the EPF site whether your company has registered itself in EPFO website. For this first go to the following link Establishment Information Search . Please enter a part of your company in the (Also search on Estt. name (enter a few characters of estt. name or in full)); or you can search using pincode. Select the payment button and you will get the details of company contribution. You can also know the name of the staff for whom the contribution is made. If your name is there don't worry. Else you can confirm with the management regarding the EPF status.

Thanks for the reply and valuable suggestions.
I have checked through given link but there is no record for our company.
We are getting part payment or getting delay in salary for every month since last 12-13 months.
Its become big headache for 5-6 people as we have badly stuck because we have more than 50 leaves pending as well as PF.
One of my colleague want to leave this job but management is asking for one months notice period.( is it fare if he has more than 50 leaves pending with the company? Or can he give short notice period of 10 days? )
Can you please provide me a email id or contact number where i can complain regarding this privately.
Can i go with the all staff and complain about the same ?

Dear Kaliya,
If you are confirmed your mind to complain its better to go to the nearest labour office and tell all your concern. But you must have proof of all your statements. And please don't think your complain will remain private as the labour officers may come to your office and check the same and the employer may also know that its the complaint made by you. So before going to raise any complaint thin twice.

Hi All,
We spoke with our directors about PF as they given us final date on 15th Feb. But now they are saying they will submmit the pf amount by this month end.
so we just told them that we will go to the labor officer but directors are saying you can do what you want and we will manage it. So what to do?
I have confirm news that they are going to close this company and ready to start new company with the help of new financer. Even they are ready to keep only 5-6 members from us for new company.
One more thing if someone is working 4 yrs 6 months in the company with 70 pending leaves and company shuts down then person will be eligible for Gratuity ??
