It appears you are governed by the State Shops & Establishment Act and follow its provision. In case you have a cold storage, the Factories Act 1948 would apply, then you have to follow the Annual leave provision therein. The applicability of State Industrial Establishment (Standing Orders) Act also needs to be considered for deciding the quantum of leave.
