I think first you collect all the datas andgegregate as per company's requirementof project. Develope your as well as company'sKRA.
Then ..
1st step- Try to find out thecentral idea of your project .. write it in the introduction.
2nd step- keeping in view of your material try to develope a note on what you want to write and the benifit for the company by developing this project.
3rd step- inthis step you have to write minimum compulsion of the projects... main datas to be given here.
4th step- give an overview what have you done and written above to make a company benifitted by this.
conclusion - some new findings ..recommendations for the company --- current policy vis-svis suggestion.
