Please clarify, in central minimum wages we have Few categories 1. Agriculture 2. Mines 3. Construction and Pipe Line related works 4. Loading and unloading related works 5. Sweeping and cleaning related work 6. Watch & Ward.
we are manpower agency we registered under S&E act, we deputed manpower in banking and insurance sector, we follow as per our S&E act, Now the client as insist to pay the minimum wages as per Central act.
In central Minimum wages act in banking sector it not mentioned in above 6 categories and there is no separate categories. which categories of wages we have follow in banking and insurance sector.
