I want to send a manpower plan for an IT HR consultant organization where I am joining as Sr BDM and Delivery Head,
They have told me to send how many account managers,BDE's ,Delivery Managers and Recruiters needed if your target is fixed at 2 crores and average closing will be 1.5 Lakh. so please help me out in preparing it.
Currently I am working for a HR consultant but here it is not systematic and the company i am going to join is very systematic and big one so please help me out in giving good proposal.

There are no fixed criteria and this depends on person to person. A good recruiter can scrutinize one CV in around 3 minutes which means at least 20 CVs in an hour. So in a day he can clear at least 160 CVs. I am talking about CVs which have already been filtered initially and fulfill the minimum criteria.
