Please advice me in changing following appointment letter. As our is IT Co. but we even placed some candidate in our client co. too on our payroll basis but here after say of 6mths my client co. do absorbed candidate on there payroll.

we are pleased to engage your services as "Software Consultant" for our
organisation, (co. name) on contract basis, on the following terms and
conditions :
